Job summary

DEPT® is seeking a Group Director, Technology (Adobe) to bridge ambitious marketing visions and technical execution. You’ll design how Adobe Experience Cloud components (AEP, RTCDP, AJO) are configured to deliver real-time omnichannel experiences.

You will lead workshops, author BRDs/SDRs, map journeys, align Web SDK data, and drive tests to ensure data flows meet business goals across the Adobe stack.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem as BA/consultant.
• Deep understanding of AEP, RTCDP and AJO.
• Fluency in XDM schemas and identity resolution logic.
• Ability to map data flows and document complex journeys.
• Experience creating BRDs and SDRs for tech teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops to extract high-impact RTCDP/AJO use cases.
• Author BRDs and SDRs with actionable roadmaps.
• Translate requirements into Jira stories with XDM schemas.
• Document end-to-end customer journeys in AJO.
• Align Web SDK data layer with real-time activation.
• Define UAT test cases and validate data flows to AEP/AJO.
• Ensure traceability of config to ROI goals.
