Job summary

Shift Paradigm is seeking a Director/Sr. Director of Technology Services to lead Adobe ecosystem transformations, architect scalable solutions, and translate complex client needs into actionable blueprints.

You will drive pre-sales to post-delivery execution, mentor architects, and shape a data-driven, AI-enabled strategy for enterprise clients across North America. This remote, North America-based role emphasizes strategic architecture, cross-functional leadership, and leverage of Adobe tools

Qualifications

10+ years in marketing technology, solution architecture, or data engineering roles.
Proven experience leading Agile and/or waterfall development lifecycles.
Experience mentoring cross-functional teams and guiding strategic direction.

Responsibilities

Lead Adobe-centric, enterprise digital transformation projects and solution architecture.
Develop integration frameworks that unify Adobe technologies and other tools.
Advise executive clients on data strategies, AI/ML capabilities and architectural feasibility.
Collaborate with Sales and GTM teams on pre-sale activities and scoping.
