Job summary

Compri Consulting is seeking a Director Martech Platform (Adobe) in Phoenix, AZ, offering a hybrid schedule. Lead the build-out of a modern marketing tech platform with AI-driven automation and data-driven customer journeys.

The role requires deep Adobe Experience Cloud expertise (AEP, Real-Time CDP, AJO, CJA) and extensive leadership in platform implementation and strategy. Collaboration across Cybersecurity, Legal, and Privacy is essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
10+ years in Martech, digital marketing tech, or digital experience platforms with leadership experience.
Deep hands-on Adobe Experience Cloud experience (AEP, Real-Time CDP, AJO, CJA) through implementation/architecture ownership.
Strong identity resolution, cross-device stitching, and profile management within AEP.
Solid data governance and privacy/compliance knowledge (CCPA/GDPR).
Proven change management, enabling adoption across diverse user groups.

Responsibilities

Define a multi-year Martech Platform roadmap aligned with strategic vision for personalization, content reuse, and AI-powered automation.
Lead a cross-functional team overseeing architecture, integrations, data collection/engineering, governance, and admin.
Act as technology liaison to Cybersecurity, GRC, Legal, and Privacy on Martech matters.
Manage Martech Platform budget including software licenses, SI/MS contracts, infra, and personnel costs; create annual plans and monitor spend.
Champion platform adoption across Marketing, eCommerce, and product engineering; define "good" adoption and drive accountability.
