Job summary

You will manage intake, develop and review Individual Treatment Plans, coordinate with community resources, document progress, and support families while upholding ethical standards and confidentiality. Qualifications

• Two years of counseling experience preferred.
• Licensing/registration in progress for alcohol and drug counseling.
• Ability to obtain required clearances (CDCR, LEIE, EPLS).

Responsibilities

• Deliver individual and group counseling and case management.
• Oversee intake and orientation and develop treatment plans.
• Coordinate referrals to community resources and services.
• Maintain client files and documentation per policy.
• Prepare progress reports and de-escalate situational risks.
• Interact with criminal justice/referral sources as needed.
