GSW is seeking a Freelance Group Copy Supervisor with strong healthcare advertising experience to lead the development of compelling, strategically driven campaigns for pharmaceutical and biotech brands. This senior-level role combines creative leadership, client partnership, and hands-on copy development.

You'll collaborate with Creative, Medical, Strategy, and Account teams to create work that is scientifically accurate and creatively inspiring.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of pharma advertising agency experience.
• 4+ years of pharmaceutical/healthcare copywriting and copy supervision experience.
• Proven experience leading and mentoring writers in an agency environment.
• Exceptional concepting, storytelling, and copywriting skills.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulations, terminology, and promotional communications.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and client-facing skills.

Responsabilités

*This role will support our Santa Monica office. Must be willing to work PST hours.

*Must submit portfolio that demonstrates strong concepting.
