Job summary

HealthFitness is hiring a Group Class Instructor to join the fitness team at our corporate client site in Racine, Wisconsin. This role will motivate participants and help build a supportive worksite fitness culture.

Teach up to 10 classes per week, delivering sessions such as dance, kickboxing, step, boot camp and circuit while ensuring fun, effective and safe workouts. Certifications and CPR/First Aid within 30 days are required, with 2+ years of experience preferred.

• Certifications required: ACE, AFAA/NASM, ACSM, NCCA, NCCPT or other nationally accredited certs.
• CPR/AED and First Aid certifications within 30 days of hire.

Responsible for providing fun, effective, and safe group exercise to members such as dance, kickboxing, step, boot camp, and circuit.

Minimum Requirements

• Current group exercise instructor certification from ACE, AFAA/NASM, ACSM, NETA, NCCPT, or other NCCA nationally accredited specialty class certification required.
• Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days of hire.
• 2+ years group exercise instruction experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.

Compensation: $20 - $25/hour. Pay is dependent on experience and qualifications. The final wage offer will be determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors.
