Job summary

HealthFitness is seeking a Group Class Instructor to lead HIIT, strength, kickboxing, step and boot camp sessions for our premier client site in Cincinnati/Blue Ash, OH. You will cover a weekly Wednesday 12:00 PM class and deliver energizing, inclusive workouts that are safe and results-focused.

Qualified candidates hold current ACE/NASM/ACSM/NETA/NCCPT group fitness certification, CPR/AED and First Aid, and have at least 2 years of experience.

Qualifications

• ACE/NASM/ACSM/NETA/NCCPT group fitness certification is required.
• CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from recognized bodies are required.
• Minimum of 2+ years in group exercise instruction.
• Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems.
• Pre-employment drug test is required.

This is a great opportunity for a dynamic instructor looking to lead members on an as-needed basis, covering a weekly Wednesday 12:00 PM class. Responsibilities

Responsible for providing fun, effective, and safe group exercise to members such as HIIT, strength, kickboxing, step, boot camp, and circuit.

Minimum Requirements

• Current group exercise instructor certification from ACE, AFAA/NASM, ACSM, NETA, NCCPT certification required.
• Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required.
• 2+ years group exercise instruction experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.
• Applicants must meet hiring requirements including but not limited to pre-employment drug test.

The compensation range for this role is $25/hr -$30/hr. The final wage offer will be determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors.
