Job summary

HealthFitness, a Trustmark company, seeks an enthusiastic group class instructor for a premier client site in Cincinnati/Blue Ash, OH. Covering a weekly Wednesday class, you will lead HIIT, strength, kickboxing, step, boot camp, and circuit sessions, creating an energizing and inclusive experience for participants.

The role requires certification from ACE/AFAA/NASM/ACSM/NETA/NCCPT and CPR/AED/First Aid, plus 2+ years of instruction experience.

Qualifications

• Current group exercise instructor certification from ACE, AFAA/NASM, ACSM, NETA, NCCPT
• Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications
• 2+ years group exercise instruction experience preferred
• Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems

Responsibilities

• Provide fun, effective, and safe group exercise to members (HIIT, strength, kickboxing, step, boot camp, circuit)
• Lead a weekly Wednesday 12:00 PM class on-site at a Cincinnati/Blue Ash client site
• Support onboarding and timecard processes as needed

Minimum Requirements

• Current group exercise instructor certification from ACE, AFAA/NASM, ACSM, NETA, NCCPT certification required.
• Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required.
• 2+ years group exercise instruction experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.
• Applicants must meet hiring requirements including but not limited to pre-employment drug test.

The compensation range for this role is $25/hr -$30/hr. The final wage offer will be determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors.
