We provide personal and professional support, training and development and flexible employment opportunities.**About the role****Join Our Team as a Group Fitness Instructor!**HealthFitness is seeking a motivated and engaging **Group Class Instructor** to join our fitness team at our client site in **Springfield, MA**.This role offers the opportunity to lead one **30-minute class per week** (12:00–12:30 p.m.), with the flexibility to choose between a **Tuesday or Thursday** schedule. There is also potential for additional classes as the program grows. If you’re passionate about helping others stay active and energized in a supportive environment, we’d love to hear from you!Responsible for providing fun, effective, and safe group exercise to members such as dance, kickboxing, step, boot camp, and circuit.Minimum Requirements* Current group exercise instructor certification from ACE, AFAA/NASM, ACSM, NETA, NCCPT, or other NCCA nationally accredited specialty class certification required.* Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days of hire.* 2+ years group exercise instruction experience strongly preferred.* Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.Applicants must meet hiring requirements including but not limited to pre-employment drug test. The compensation range for this role is $50/hr - $70/hr. The final wage offer will be determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors.
