Job summary

HVMG - Hospitality Ventures Management Group is seeking a Sales Manager for a flagship DoubleTree during a major renovation. You will drive group and catering revenue by building targeted relationships, responding to RFPs, and negotiating contracts.

You’ll showcase renovation milestones as compelling selling points and collaborate with hotel teams to deliver events from contract to completion. The role emphasizes client storytelling, hospitality excellence, and a strong pipeline in niche

Qualifications

• Hotel experience is a plus; college degree or two years of hotel experience required.
• Previous experience in a similar or related position is preferred.
• Full service brand experience and Delphi experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Proactively sourcing and securing new group and catering business.
• Managing and responding to incoming RFPs and inquiries with urgency and creativity.
• Negotiating and executing group and catering contracts.
• Positioning renovation enhancements, timelines, and future product as key selling points.
• Supporting overall revenue goals and sales strategy alongside the Director of Sales & Marketing and Sales Team.
• Representing DoubleTree and HVMG with confidence, warmth, and professionalism.
