Job summary

DoubleTree by Hilton seeks a Sr. Sales Manager to drive group and catering revenue during a multi-faceted hotel renovation. You’ll build relationships, respond to RFPs, and close contracts while showcasing the reimagined property’s guest experience.

You will collaborate with hotel teams to ensure flawless events from contract to completion and align with the Director of Sales & Marketing on revenue goals and strategy.

Qualifications

• Requires a college degree or hotel experience.
• Experience in a similar or related position is preferred.
• Delphi experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Proactively sourcing and securing new group and catering business.
• Managing and responding to incoming RFPs and inquiries with urgency and creativity.
• Negotiating and executing group and catering contracts.
• Positioning renovation enhancements, timelines, and future product as key selling points.
• Supporting overall revenue goals and sales strategy alongside the Director of Sales & Marketing and Sales Team.
• Representing DoubleTree and HVMG with confidence, warmth, and professionalism.
