Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of consulting, industry, or technology delivery experience
• Minimum of 5 years of working at or with carriers, TPAs, InsurTech/BenTech firms, or platform providers
• Minimum of 2 years of familiarity with group benefits or insurance business processes
• Bachelor's degree required
• Experience leading workstreams or teams on complex implementations or technology transformation programs

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver agentic value stream solutions across quoting, onboarding, enrollment, billing, claims, and renewals
• Translate carrier strategy into operating model design for coordination of AI agents
• Build and validate carrier-specific business cases with financial models
• Lead platform and technology workstreams across EIS, FINEOS, Majesco, Vitech and integration architecture
• Shape client relationships and grow engagements, contributing to proposals and go-to-market ideas
• Develop and mentor junior consultants to build industry knowledge and AI fluency
• Bring a product owner mindset, manage scope and delivery risk, and ensure quality at client sites and within Accenture
