Accenture is seeking a Consulting Manager specializing in Group and Voluntary Benefits to lead end-to-end transformation programs for carrier clients, coordinating across HR, benefits and IT teams.

You'll design operating models, build business cases, and guide agile delivery on platforms like EIS, FINEOS, Majesco, and Vitech, while mentoring junior consultants and growing client relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of consulting, industry, or technology delivery experience, with focus in group/voluntary benefits or related domain.
• Minimum 5 years of working with carriers, TPAs, InsurTech/BenTech firms, or platform providers.
• Minimum 2 years of familiarity with group benefits processes—claims, enrollment, billing, underwriting, or absence.

Responsabilités

• Design and deliver agentic value stream solutions across quoting, onboarding, data exchange, enrollment, billing, claims, and renewals.
• Translate carrier strategy into operating model design, redesigning examiner/case manager workflows with AI agents.
• Build and validate carrier-specific business cases with financial models and adoption-rate analysis.
• Lead platform and technology workstreams across EIS, FINEOS, Majesco, Vitech and integration architecture.
• Shape client relationships and grow engagements; contribute to proposals and go-to-market efforts.
• Develop and mentor junior consultants; boost team knowledge and AI fluency.
• Own agile delivery cadences, manage scope and delivery risk, and ensure high-quality outputs.
