Accenture is seeking a Consulting Manager for Group and Voluntary Benefits to lead end-to-end transformation programs across carrier value chains, from broker experience to back-end operations. You’ll build business cases, design orchestrated outcomes, and drive multi-platform delivery with AI-enabled workflows.

The role requires deep domain knowledge in group benefits, carrier interactions, and experience shaping proposals for executive audiences in a complex financial services setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of consulting, industry, or technology delivery experience with focus in group benefits or related financial services domain.
• Minimum of 5 years working at/with carriers, TPAs, InsurTech/BenTech firms, or platform providers.
• Minimum of 2 years familiarity with group benefits or insurance processes (claims, enrollment, billing, underwriting, or absence).
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsabilités

• Lead delivery workstreams across agentic transformations in the carrier value chain.
• Design operating models and pilot AI-enabled workflows with copilot vs. autonomous agents.
• Build and validate business cases with five-year value and loss ratio mechanics.
• Manage platform workstreams across EIS, FINEOS, Majesco, and Vitech systems.
