Qualifications

• 5+ years of consulting, industry, or technology delivery experience, with focus in group benefits or adjacent insurance domain.
• 5+ years working with carriers, TPAs, InsurTech/BenTech firms, or platform providers in a strategy or delivery capacity.
• 2+ years familiarity with group benefits or insurance processes (claims, enrollment, billing, underwriting, absence).
• Bachelor's degree required

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver agentic value streams across quoting, onboarding, data exchange, enrollment, billing, claims, and absence management.
• Translate carrier strategy into operating model design for AI-enabled workflows.
• Build and validate carrier-specific business cases with financial modeling.
• Lead platform and technology workstreams across EIS, FINEOS, Majesco, Vitech and integration architecture.
