Job summary

Accenture is seeking Consulting Managers to lead end-to-end Group and Voluntary Benefits transformation programs for carriers and insurers in the United States. You will orchestrate design, business case development, and delivery across multiple platforms with a focus on AI-enabled, copilot and multi-agent solutions.

You will mentor junior consultants, shape client relationships, and contribute to Mode 1/Mode 2 engagements while owning delivery quality and outcomes across complex programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of consulting, industry, or technology delivery experience in group benefits or adjacent financial services domain.
• Minimum of 5 years of working with carriers, TPAs, InsurTech/BenTech firms, or platform providers.
• Minimum of 2 years familiarity with group benefits processes—claims, enrollment, billing, underwriting, or absence—at a level that enables meaningful design work.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Design agentic value stream solutions across quoting, onboarding, data exchange, enrollment, billing, claims, and renewals.
• Translate carrier strategy into operating model design for AI-assisted workflows.
• Build and validate carrier-specific business cases with financial modeling.
• Lead platform and technology workstreams across EIS, FINEOS, Majesco, Vitech and integration architecture.
• Shape client relationships and grow engagements with go-to-market ideas.
• Develop and mentor junior consultants to raise industry knowledge and AI fluency.
• Bring a product owner mindset: manage agile delivery cadences and delivery risk.
