Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of consulting, industry, or technology delivery experience.
• Minimum 5 years working with carriers, TPAs, InsurTech/BenTech firms, or platform providers, or consulting to them.
• Minimum 2 years familiarity with group benefits or insurance processes.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead agentic value stream solutions across quoting, onboarding, enrollment, billing, claims and renewals.
• Translate carrier strategy into operating model design for examiners, case managers, and enrollment teams.
• Build and validate carrier-specific business cases with financial modeling.
• Lead platform and technology workstreams across EIS, FINEOS, Majesco, Vitech and integration architectures.
• Shape client relationships and grow engagements through proposals and new opportunities.
• Develop and mentor junior consultants to boost industry knowledge and analytical frameworks.
• Bring a product owner mindset by running agile delivery cadences and managing delivery risk.
