Job summary

MetLife’s internship program offers hands-on exposure to group benefits and an insider view of career potential within a high-performing culture. You’ll gain experience, strengthen business acumen, and develop sales skills through a customized intern curriculum.

You’ll participate in meetings, work on technology-enabled tools for the salesforce, and complete a Capstone project presented to leadership. The program also includes networking events and potential interview for a sales trainee role.

Responsibilities

• Complete weekly curriculum training.
• Collaborate on an intern-led Capstone Project.
• Participate in customer meetings.
• Learn how technology supports the salesforce and business functions.
• Present Capstone project to peers, managers and senior leadership.
• Perform duties supporting the sales organization as assigned.
