Horst Insurance in Central Pennsylvania is seeking a qualified Property and Casualty Account Executive to drive new production and client retention from our Chadds Ford office. This role targets a high-energy professional who can manage a sizable book of business and deliver tailored insurance solutions.

You will work in a team-driven, client-focused environment, leveraging your proven sales experience, strong communication, and analytical skills to strengthen client relationships and expand

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Property and Casualty insurance experience.
• PA Property and Casualty license required.
• 3+ years managing a large book of business or 3-5 years of B2B sales.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proactive approach to identifying and addressing client needs.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data for recommendations.
• Established network of influencers and business leaders.
