Job summary

You will develop talent, manage priorities, and ensure scalable, governed solutions ready for adoption across functions including analytics, customer experience, and aftersales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, information systems, computer science, engineering, data science, or a related field.
• Significant experience leading analytics, data, BI, or digital product programs.
• Experience guiding cross-functional outcomes in a complex enterprise environment.
• Formal people leadership experience including performance and talent development.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of analytics professionals and set priorities and capacity.
• Define scope, roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, risks, and delivery plans.
• Turn ambiguous business needs into clear requirements and actionable plans.
• Guide analytics initiatives from discovery through production readiness and adoption.
• Partner with business, analytics, engineering, data science, and governance teams to align goals.
• Drive modernization and migration of analytics products and data assets.
• Move manual processes to scalable, governed, and reliable solutions.
• Track metrics, adoption, readiness, risks, and impact; report to leaders.
