Job summary

General Motors is seeking a People Analytics Analyst to join the People Analytics Center of Excellence. The role partners with People Analytics Consultants to deliver insights that inform strategic talent decisions and enhance the employee experience across GM’s diverse business units.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of client-facing People Analytics or Human Capital Consulting experience
• Quantitative degree preferred, HR degree or equivalent experience
• Strong statistical and data storytelling abilities

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex people data and deliver actionable insights to support strategic talent decisions across business units.
• Work independently to determine the best analytical approach, collaborating with People Analytics Consultants.
• Present findings to business leaders in a compelling, accessible way.
• Support projects related to organizational health, hiring and retention, workforce planning, and employee experience.
