Responsibilities

• Manage participant air travel requests and needs.
• Monitor airline ticketing queues and itineraries.
• Route passengers to group destinations using negotiated fares.
• Handle credit card payments and collections.
• Answer attendee air travel questions by phone and email.
• Collaborate with account teams and customers during planning meetings.
• Use Lenos registration site to ensure flight data accuracy and generate reports.
• Follow BIW and customer registration and security guidelines.
• Work overtime and non-traditional hours to meet deadlines and requests.
