Job summary

Fly My Group in Burnsville, MN is seeking a Group Air Specialist to expertly manage group airfare from quote to post-booking. You will build client relationships, negotiate fares, and ensure accuracy while delivering friendly, proactive support.

This onsite role runs 8:30am-5:00pm, Monday to Friday. Ideal candidates have a customer-service background, strong organization, clear communication, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Customer-service background, ideally in an office environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills for multiple bookings.
• Effective written and verbal communication with clients and team.
• Positive, can-do attitude and collaborative mindset.
• Proficiency with Gmail, Microsoft Office and basic tech tools.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with clients by booking, selling, and managing group airfare from beginning to end.
• Negotiate competitive group airfare rates and terms to provide the best deals.
• Communicate and manage group bookings, deadlines, and invoices clearly and promptly.
• Price shop and monitor groups for better fares and itineraries.
• Provide proactive, positive support to customers via email and phone.
• Develop and maintain relationships by addressing service issues and requests.
• Contribute to a supportive, positive team environment.
• Other duties as assigned that positively impact customers and the company.
