We’re partnering with a mission-driven creative agency at the intersection of culture, community, and communications. This agency—known for its unique approach to network-driven strategy and trust-based engagement—works across philanthropic and corporate sectors to accelerate change through creative execution.

As the agency enters a new phase of growth, it is seeking a Group Account Director to lead key client relationships, manage complex multi-stakeholder initiatives, and bring operational discipline to a nimble, collaborative team.

This is a net new role, designed for a senior strategist who thrives at the intersection of execution and vision.

What You’ll Lead
  • High-impact client relationships, serving as the strategic lead across multiple accounts
  • Multi-partner project delivery, with oversight of budgets, timelines, teams, and deliverables
  • Strategic narrative and positioning work across issue-based and brand campaigns
  • Growth of existing scopes and identification of new opportunities, particularly with corporate partners
  • Team mentorship and cultural leadership, helping shape an environment rooted in curiosity, clarity, and collaboration
Projects You Might Take On
  • National movement-building initiative to reposition a major social issue
  • Philanthropic foundation relaunch strategy with full integration of creative and operational workstreams
  • Production of a high-profile convening focused on the intersection of culture, storytelling, and equity
What We’re Looking For
  • 7+ years in client-facing roles in a creative, communications, or consulting agency
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex accounts with multiple stakeholders
  • Strength in communication—both verbal and written—with confidence in presenting to senior audiences
  • Operational rigor in budgeting, scoping, and project planning
  • A background or strong orientation toward both philanthropic and commercial sectors
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, comfort with ambiguity, and a proactive leadership style
  • Experience managing freelancers and assembling agile teams to match the project need
