Job summary

Veolia in North America is seeking a groundwater and treatment supervisor to oversee 70 MGD operations, ensure safety, and coordinate maintenance, construction, and data reporting. You will mentor staff, manage budgets, and ensure regulatory compliance across treatment facilities and well fields.

The role requires an Idaho driver’s license, Idaho Water Treatment IV (or ability to obtain within a year), and strong communication across teams. Local on-site work at our Idaho operations is expected.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in related technical field or equivalent practical training.
• Experience in water treatment operations, maintenance, and field supervision.
• Strong understanding of safety and regulatory requirements for water systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise groundwater and treatment operations, maintenance and construction activities.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure well field productivity and regulatory compliance.
• Develop plans and budgets; monitor projects within budget and timelines.
• Maintain digital operation records and prepare reports.
