Job summary

Xylem Tree Experts is seeking a Groundsperson to clear brush and trees, assist with clean-up at job sites, and support storm restoration work. The role emphasizes physical effort, outdoor conditions, and adherence to safety rules.

Experience in landscaping or outdoor labor is preferred; a driver’s license is desirable but not required. Benefits include medical, vision, dental, and a 401K enrollment option.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or education equivalent preferred.
• Prior outdoor/landscape or related work experience preferred.
• Driver's license preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Follow safe practices and keep work areas clear of debris.
• Clear undergrowth and trim brush using hand tools and power saws.
• Load/unload logs and debris, feed brush to chipper.
• Maintain PPE and report maintenance needs.
• Set up road signs and control traffic for safety.
• Operate trucks or other equipment as assigned.
• Travel for storm restoration work as needed.
