Job summary

ISA Certified Arborist in Franklin, NC seeks a Groundsperson to clear brush and assist in outdoor vegetation work. This full-time role includes medical, vision, dental insurance and enrollment in a 401K plan, with travel as needed for storm restoration.

Responsibilities include following safety rules, operating hand saws, pole saws, pruners and chipper, loading debris, and assisting with truck maintenance. Prior outdoor work preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform physically demanding outdoor work.
• Prior experience in landscaping, construction, or similar outdoor roles preferred.
• Driver's License preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Clear brush and trees per directions.
• Assist in setup and cleanup of job sites.
• Load/unload trucks with logs and debris.
• Operate hand tools and basic equipment as directed.
• Follow safety rules and wear PPE.
• Travel for storm restoration work as needed.
