Qualifications

• 1–2 years of related maintenance or groundskeeping experience.
• Valid driver’s license required for on-site duties.
• Ability to work flexible schedule, including some evenings or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain community grounds, amenities, and curb appeal throughout the day.
• Clean common areas, remove litter, and ensure neat, safe surroundings.
• Assist with make-ready tasks and coordinate with the service team.
• Change locks and ensure pool gates and safety features work properly.
• Communicate hazards to supervisors and assist in safety compliance.
