Job summary

Greystar is seeking a diligent maintenance professional to ensure community grounds, amenities, and curb appeal are well-maintained while supporting the service team. You will perform make-ready tasks, address routine maintenance requests, fix locks, and help keep residents satisfied with safe, clean surroundings.

This on-site role requires a valid driver’s license and adherence to Greystar safety policies. A comprehensive benefits package and competitive pay are provided.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Inspects the community daily to keep common areas neat and litter-free.
• Removes trash from vacant apartments before make-ready and cleans storage areas.
• Completes routine service requests and assists the make-ready process.
• Changes all locks per policy and ensures pool area gates operate safely.
• Distributes notices to residents as needed.
• Reports hazards or dangerous situations to supervisors.
• Demonstrates customer service by treating residents with respect and addressing complaints.
• Attends safety meetings and completes required safety training and reporting.
