Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure the physical upkeep of the community, support the service team, and maintain curb appeal. You will perform daily maintenance tasks, assist with turnover, and ensure safety and compliance across common areas and amenities.

You will need to adapt to a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays, with opportunity for growth within a large, global real estate platform offering competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in property maintenance or facilities operations.
• Ability to respond to resident questions and complaints professionally.
• Must be able to work indoors/outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Inspects community areas to ensure cleanliness and curb appeal.
• Removes trash and prepares vacants for turnover.
• Completes routine service requests and supports make-ready process.
• Changes locks and maintains gates for pool safety and codes.
• Communicates notices to residents and reports hazards.
