Job summary

Kittle Property Group, Inc. is seeking a Groundskeeper for Spire Luxury Apartments in Charlotte, NC. This full-time position works 30 hours per week and includes a full benefits package. Primary duties include keeping grounds clean, removing trash, and assisting with trash-outs of units.

Responsibilities also cover snow removal, hall cleanups, and basic maintenance tasks as required. Experience is not mandatory, but willingness to learn is important.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Less than 1 year of experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, speak and interpret basic instructions.

Responsibilities

• Pick up trash on grounds and clean areas.
• Clean hallways and common areas.
• Snow removal as needed.
• Trash-outs of vacated units including removal of debris and items.
• Assist with painting and minor repairs as needed.
