Kittle Property Group, Inc. is seeking a Groundskeeper for our Spire Luxury Apartments property in Charlotte, NC. The role focuses on keeping grounds free of trash, sweeping, and assisting with trash-outs of units.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, less than 1 year of experience, and basic math and reading/writing skills. The position offers a full benefits package and weekly pay.

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide by 10s & 100s.
• Ability to carry out detailed, but uninvolved written or oral instructions with common sense understanding.

• Clean out hallways.
• Snow removal.
• Trash-outs of vacated units including removal of debris, furniture and appliances, painting and minor repairs.
• Other duties as assigned.

Spire Luxury Apartments in Charlotte, NC! The Groundskeeper makes sure the grounds are free of trash. Clean and sweep up trash and handle or assist with trash-outs of units.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Pick up trash on grounds
• Clean out hallways
• Snow Removal
• Trash-outs of vacated units including but not limited to removal of debris, furniture, and appliances, painting and minor repair work.
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Less than 1 year of experience
• Ability to read, write, speak and interpret basic instructions, simple correspondence and present information one-on-one or in small groups.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide by 10s & 100s
• Ability to carry out detailed, but uninvolved written or oral instructions with common sense understanding. Ability to deal with problems that involve few variables in standardized situations.
