Candidates should be able to lift heavy loads, work in various weather conditions, and adapt to software tools like Yardi and Paycom.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 80 pounds and climb ladders.
• Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Excellent customer service skills when interacting with residents and vendors.
• Willingness to learn new software programs.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily grounds maintenance and trash removal.
• Maintain cleanliness of trash rooms and ensure trash chutes operate.
• Clean pools, monitor chemical balance, and log per city ordinances.
• Inspect and repair irrigation systems as needed.
• Assist with preparing vacant apartments and turnovers.
• Accompany vendors to units and assist teams as needed.
• Clean windows and common areas; replace exterior/interior bulbs.
• Water plants and distribute resident notices while protecting privacy.
• Monitor supplies and keep maintenance areas organized.
• Be available for overtime and travel to other Weidner properties as needed.
