Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read and follow written English instructions.
• Valid driver’s license or government-issued ID may be required.

Responsibilities

• Practice OSHA standards and safety policies.
• Attend safety training as required by law and company policy.
• Complete hazard assessments before starting tasks.
• Water plants daily and maintain greenery per supervisor directions.
• Perform lawn and grounds maintenance including mowing, trimming, and cleanup.
• Assist with exterior maintenance, lighting, fences, pools, and equipment upkeep.
• Maintain equipment per manufacturer guidelines and company procedures.
• Participate in after-hours standby emergencies as needed.
• Communicate with supervisor regularly about property conditions.
• Keep a professional appearance and ensure areas are secure.
