Cedar Run Apartments in Memphis, TN is seeking a Porter/Groundskeeper to maintain cleanliness, curb appeal, and the overall appearance of the community. You will keep the property tidy, pick up trash, clean breezeways, assist the maintenance team, and report safety concerns.

This role requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work independently or with a team, and have basic knowledge of maintenance tools. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in maintenance or custodial work is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Basic knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Must be able to occasionally lift 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Keep the property clean and free of trash and debris.
• Pick up trash around buildings, parking areas, and common spaces.
• Clean breezeways, stairwells, and other shared areas.
• Maintain dumpster and trash areas.
• Assist the maintenance team with light tasks when needed.
• Report any maintenance or safety concerns to management.
• Help keep the community neat and welcoming for residents.
