Job summary

Royal American Management is seeking a part-time Porter to maintain the grounds of the assigned community in Port Richey, FL. Under supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor, you will water plants, perform lawn care, and assist with exterior upkeep, while adhering to OSHA standards and safety policies.

The role requires reliable attendance, good communication, and the ability to work with residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Read and understand written work orders and provide handwritten/typed responses.
• Follow manuals, safety regulations, and warning labels.
• Able to work under time constraints and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Practice OSHA safety standards and company safety policies.
• Water plants and maintain grounds daily.
• Mow, trim, fertilize, weed, and spray as directed for lawns and shrubs.
• Paint exterior, clean light fixtures, and maintain pool area.
• Assist in emergencies and standby coverage as needed.
• Maintain equipment and perform routine cleaning and upkeep of grounds.
