Job summary

ResProp Management is seeking a motivated groundskeeper for our property in Waco, TX. You will maintain clean, safe common areas, respond to resident needs, and coordinate with the Maintenance Supervisor to prioritize tasks. This role requires physical work, a stable schedule including weekends, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of general groundskeeping experience.
• Must have own hand tools.
• Must live within 30 minutes of community.
• Must be willing to work a varied schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Must have dependable transportation.
• Must be able to perform physical requirements of the job such as lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling objects up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean, safe, and attractive common areas (pools, laundry, clubhouses, parking lots, etc.).
• Respond to and complete assignments in a timely manner to drive resident satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Supervisor to prioritize tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with residents, guests, and vendors.
• Identify safety issues and report or correct hazardous conditions.
• Use software to track work and performance.
