Job summary

ResProp Management is seeking a dedicated Groundskeeper to maintain clean and safe common areas at our Waco properties. You will support the maintenance team, respond to requests, and help ensure resident satisfaction while upholding safety standards.

Requirements include 1 year of groundskeeping, own tools, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. A valid HS diploma or GED is preferred. Flexible weekends/holidays are expected.

Qualifications

• 1 year of general groundskeeping experience required
• Must have own hand tools
• Must live within 30 minutes of the community
• Must be willing to work a varied schedule including weekends and holidays
• Must have dependable transportation
• Must be able to perform physical requirements up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean, safe, and attractive common areas (pools, laundry, clubhouses, parking lots)
• Respond to and complete assignments in a timely manner
• Coordinate with Maintenance Supervisor to prioritize tasks
• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with residents, guests, and vendors
• Identify safety hazards and report or correct them
• Use software to track work and performance
• Be part of a team handling a variety of tasks in a developing environment
