Job summary

ResProp Management in Waco, TX is seeking a reliable Groundskeeper to maintain outdoor spaces at our community. You will perform general groundskeeping tasks, handle safety checks, assist maintenance staff, and contribute to a clean, attractive property for residents and guests.

You must have at least 1 year of groundskeeping experience, own basic hand tools, live within 30 minutes of the community, and be able to work weekends/holidays. A valid vehicle and physical stamina are required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of general groundskeeping experience.
• Own hand tools are required.
• Must live within 30 minutes of the community.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays.
• Dependable transportation essential.
• Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean, safe, and attractive common areas (pools, laundry, clubhouses, parking lots).
• Respond to and complete assignments in a timely, quality manner.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Supervisor to prioritize daily tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with residents, guests, and vendors.
• Identify safety hazards and reporting/ correcting them as needed.
• Use software to track work and personal performance.
• Be part of a team in an evolving environment.
