Job summary

Greystar in Las Vegas is seeking a Property Maintenance Associate to keep the community clean, safe, and well-maintained. You will inspect grounds, perform routine tasks, and support the service team to uphold curb appeal.

Responsibilities include making readies, trash removal, locking changes, and resident communication. A valid driver’s license and flexibility for evenings/weekends are required; competitive benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license to operate on-property golf carts.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds regularly.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the community daily to remove litter and ensure common areas are neat and trash-free.
• Remove trash and items from vacant apartments prior to make-ready and manage storage areas.
• Complete routine service requests and assist the make-ready specialist in the turn process.
• Change all locks and ensure pool gates operate according to codes and safety standards.
• Distribute notices to residents and communicate important information to the team.
• Identify hazards and report them to supervisors; uphold safety policies and OSHA requirements.
• Provide courteous customer service to residents and address complaints about maintenance services.
