Qualifications

• Must maintain Grounds & common areas to meet property standards.
• Demonstrates customer service skills when interacting with residents.

Responsibilities

• Inspects the community throughout the day to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings and ensure common areas are neat.
• Removes trash from vacant apartments and assists in the make-ready process.
• Completes routine service requests and supports the make-ready specialist during turns.
• Changes locks and ensures pool area gates operate safely.
• Distributes notices to residents and informs supervisors of hazards.
• Treats residents with respect and handles complaints about maintenance services.
