Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC, a leading global real estate platform, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to uphold community standards, assist the service team, and support turn processes. You will perform daily inspections, handle minor repairs, and ensure safety and curb appeal across on-site property operations.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods; bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs with/without assistance.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Demonstrates customer service skills and treats residents with respect.

Responsibilities

• Inspects the community daily to keep areas neat and free of litter.
• Removes trash and prepares vacants for turnover; cleans and maintains storage areas.
• Completes routine service requests and assists the make-ready process.
• Changes locks and ensures pool area gates meet safety codes.
• Distributes notices to residents and informs supervisors of hazards.
• Adheres to safety policies and participates in training; reports accidents promptly.
• Responds to resident questions and complaints with professionalism.
• Supports the service team and maintains curb appeal of the community.
