Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance position at Strawberry Hill in Charlotte, NC. The role supports the service team by keeping common areas clean, performing make-ready tasks, and ensuring safety standards are met.

Responsibilities include light maintenance, handling resident inquiries with courtesy, and adhering to safety trainings. The schedule is Monday–Friday with potential need for after-hours coverage, and a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Inspects the community throughout the day to keep common areas neat and free of litter.
• Removes trash from vacant apartments and helps with make-ready processes.
• Completes routine service requests and assists the make-ready specialist.
• Changes locks and ensures pool area gates function safely.
• Distributes notices and communications to residents as needed.
• Reports hazards or unsafe conditions to supervisors.
• Provides courteous resident service and handles complaints professionally.
• Attends safety training and follows OSHA and related policies.
