Job summary

Lighthouse Property Management in Austin, TX is seeking a Groundskeeper/Porter to maintain the exterior of our community and the common areas. The role requires walking the property daily to uphold cleanliness and curb appeal, and assisting the maintenance team with tasks as needed.

Responsibilities include cleaning amenities, trash removal, snow removal if applicable, reporting repair needs, and ensuring safety practices.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Previous cleaning positions preferred.
• Ability to communicate and follow verbal directions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds, amenities, laundry rooms and building exteriors.
• Assist cleaning of units/models and maintenance tasks.
• Report maintenance concerns to Property Manager.
• Ensure curb appeal by walking site and cleaning common areas.
• Assist with snow removal if applicable.
