Responsibilities

• Maintain all public and common areas in a clean, neat, and attractive condition.
• Clean the pool area daily and assist with minor irrigation and furniture alignment.
• Assist with the make-ready process of vacant units.
• Maintain trash and dumpster areas by removing debris and ensuring cleanliness.
• Deliver resident notices and assist maintenance staff as needed.
• Perform basic maintenance tasks and respond to service requests promptly.
• Follow safety procedures and hazardous communication program.
• Attend required training sessions and team meetings.
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude and strong customer service with residents and team members.
