Job summary

Greystar is hiring a Groundskeeper/Porter at Selene Tomoka Village in Daytona Beach, FL. You will keep outdoor spaces clean, support the maintenance team, and assist with turnover of apartments.

A valid driver’s license is required to operate equipment on property, with a schedule Monday–Friday and potential additional hours for emergencies. You will work outdoors in all weather conditions, perform physical tasks, and contribute to a safe, well-maintained community.

Qualifications

• Ability to remove litter and maintain neat common areas.
• Strong customer service and resident interaction.
• Awareness of safety procedures and risk management.
• Valid driver\'s license required to operate a golf cart on site.

Responsibilities

• Inspect community to remove litter and debris throughout the day.
• Clear vacant apartments and prep for make-ready process.
• Assist service team and make-ready specialist during turnover.
• Ensure locks and pool gates operate per policy and codes.
• Distribute notices to residents and report hazards to supervisors.
• Demonstrate respectful customer service and respond to resident questions.
• Attend safety meetings and complete required safety training and documentation.
• Follow OSHA and safety-related policies and report incidents promptly.
