Job summary

West Coast Self-Storage Group in Port Angeles, WA is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain outdoor areas across multiple properties. The role involves landscaping, grounds maintenance, and basic system upkeep, outdoors, labor-intensive, with use of hand and power tools.

You will work with the District Manager and store teams, report progress, and support company efforts to promote from within. A valid driver’s license and experience with tools are required; the position offers a part-time

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Job Summary

A Groundskeeper works with the District Manager and store teams to ensure upkeep and appearance of West Coast Self-Storage properties according to clean and operational standards. This role involves performing various landscaping and maintenance duties for multiple properties to keep them functional, clean, and free from debris. This is an outdoor and labor-intensive job. It includes the use of tools, hardware, chemicals, and other items to complete the required work.

Schedule

P/T, Mon: 9:45am-6:00pm, Fri & Sat: 11:00am-3:00pm.

Up to 24 hours per week

Job Duties

• Learns skills necessary to complete the job


• Communicates project status and follow-up dates on schedule to DM (District Manager)


• Maintains facility grounds (landscaping, parking areas, etc.)


• Maintains facility systems (lights, gates, security systems, etc.)


• Maintains facility structures (fences, doors, etc.)

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (required)
