Job summary

West Coast Self-Storage Group in Oregon is seeking an Assistant Property Manager. The role focuses on showings, leasing, and delivering exceptional customer service to drive occupancy and revenue growth.

The ideal candidate has retail sales and customer service experience and is capable of self-managing while meeting weekly objectives. Weekend and some holiday work is required, with a compensation structure featuring $18.50 per hour plus monthly and quarterly bonuses.

Qualifications

• Retail sales and customer service experience are required.
• Ability to self-manage while working independently to meet team objectives.
• Must be able to work weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Show available units and guide customers through the leasing process.
• Meet retail sales and occupancy objectives.
• Provide exceptional customer service including assessing customers storage needs (in person, phone and web inquiries).
• Manage, audit and balance cash drawer and petty cash.
• General office tasks, e.g., filing, managing customer accounts, sorting mail/deliveries.
• Maintain property to West Coast's Clean & Operational standards, e.g., cleaning vacated units, sweeping, mopping, changing light bulbs.
• Other duties assigned by leadership

Day To Day

• Show available units and guide customers through the leasing process
• Meet retail sales and occupancy objectives
