Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain community grounds, amenities, and curb appeal while supporting the service team in delivering quality resident experiences.

Responsibilities include daily inspections, trash removal, routine service requests, lock changes, and safety compliance. A valid driver’s license is required; flexible hours including evenings and weekends; ability to lift up to 50 lbs is expected.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the community daily to keep grounds and amenities neat and inviting.
• Remove litter and debris; maintain common areas and make-ready spaces.
• Complete minor service requests and assist the make-ready process.
• Change locks as needed and ensure pool area gates meet safety codes.
• Distribute notices and communicate with residents and supervisors.
• Report hazards and support safety policies and trainings.
• Provide courteous, responsive resident service and address concerns.
• Attend safety meetings and follow OSHA-related requirements.
