Responsibilities

• Inspect grounds daily; remove litter and debris to keep common areas neat.
• Perform make-ready tasks and assist with turnover as needed.
• Maintain gates and locks per property policy and safety codes.
• Support service team and respond to maintenance requests.
• Report hazards to supervisors and maintain safety standards.
